USSD services

USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Services Data) – technology of data exchange, which provides information exchange between customers and special service of mobile operator in the real-time mode.
 
USSD service does not demand additional order or activation, it is given to subscribers of MÒS, ÌÒS Prepaid, JEANS on permanent basis free of charge. The service is available from mobile telephone, which operates in GSM standard, regardless of model.
 
Note: USSD-message is not saved in telephone memory.
Main advantages of using the service:
    • quickness – information is rendered in real-time mode
    • convenience – easy access to financial information and information about loyalty program

 

To send the request it is necessary to enter a set order of symbols, namely: *code of request # and press a call button.

When using USSD-requests *104*telephone number#, *777# , *777*1#, *777*2#,  *777*3# a customer has the possibility to independently choose the language of the reciprocal USSD-message – Ukrainian, Russian or English.
 
The Ukrainian language is set by default. To change the language to Russian it is necessary to enter *02, to English – *03 after the request number before the symbol #.
 
A language is changed only for the current request.
 
Example for USSD-request *777#:
*777*01# or *777# – Ukrainian
*777*02# – Russian
*777*03# – English

It is necessaty to use Password at the end of each request for activation/deactivation of services.

The password provides confidentiality of services management.
 
If you are a physical entity, you may order a password by calling to number 111, the Clients Call Center. A unique generated password will be sent to you in an SMS message within 2 days.
 
A legal entity may order a password by sending a fax to number (044) 240 240 0, or (050) 462 24 00. You will be informed of the password generation by an SMS sent to you or from the contact person of your organization within 2 days.
