Voice MailVoice Mail works as an ordinary answering machine: allows to receive and save voice messages if your mobile phone is turned off or you can not answer your call.
In order to take advantages of Voice Mail you should to do next steps on your phone:
ACTIVATE VOICE MAILCall 111 (free of charge using your MTS mobile phone in Ukraine)
OR
By means of the Internet Helper service
OR
Apply for help to the nearest MTS-shop
For MTS prepaid subscribers:
Call 7744 (cost of every call the number 7744 – 10 UAH, including VAT, without Pension Fund)
ATTENTION! If you don’t use Voice Mail during 3 months the service may be deactivated. For the second activation repeat activation from the beginning.
SETUP CALL DIVERT FOR VOICE MAILYou may to use unconditional call divert – immediate call divert without dependence from conditions; and conditional call divert - depending on the following preliminary established conditions:
All kinds of call divert can be established by means of the phone menu (see manual for the phone) or by means of commands:
In order to cancel all kinds of call divert, enter # #002#

ATTENTION! MTS prepaid subscribers, being roaming, cannot use Voice Mail. Voice Mail is available in roaming only for contract subscribers.
If you are the contract subscriber that being roaming at a presence of conditional call divert to Voice Mail, you will pay a double tariff - for incoming call in roaming + for call divert, that is for outgoing call to Ukraine.
In order to prevent superfluous charges, you can:
SETUP VOICE MAILCall 177 or +38 050 120 0000 from the mobile phone. You render on the main menu of Voice Mail. For navigation under the menu follow voice prompts.

INITIAL SERVICE SETUPMake following initial setup of Voice Mail on your mobile phone:
PERSONAL GREETINGMessages which will hear everyone who will call you and will be readdressed to your Voice Mail box. The personal greeting easily varies.
Record of the personal greeting:
Example: "You called to Sergey Petrenko. Now I have no opportunity to answer your call, leave your message after a sound beep".
ATTENTION!
You may take advantage of service "Funny secretary", having called under number 608 (cost of a call is specified in the description of service on a MTS-site) and to order an original greeting for your Voice Mail.
PasswordA password provides confidentiality of messages which are sent you, and the right of your personal access to them.
The password may consist of no more than 6 digital symbols. For new clients initial password is - 0000.
At the first reference on Voice Mail you will be suggested to enter a new password.

Oral signature"Oral signature" is an addition to a standard greeting of Voice Mail if you do not record the personal greeting. "Oral signature" consists of your name and a surname.
An example of the message with the oral signature: "You have been connected to a subscriber's box for oral messages which belongs to (Sergey Petrenko)"

Listening messagesFor listening messages of your Voice Mail it is necessary:

Informing about incoming of a new messageAbout incoming of a new voice message and a phone number of the one who has left it, you will know due to SMS which will send you Voice Mail.
At calls from abroad and in some other cases the phone number of the one who has left you the message, can be defined correctly or not.
Messages of Voice Mail are kept during 5 days – unread, 7 days – read. In a mail box simultaneously may be kept no more than 10 messages. The maximal length of one message – 120 seconds, and of all messages together –10 minutes.
Additional abilities of the serviceDuring listening to messages you may press:
1 – returning on 8 seconds ago;
1-1 – listening to the message all over again;
1-1-1 – listening to the previous message;
3 – promotion for 8 seconds forward;
3-3 – end of listening;
4 – save message
5 – delete message
7 – pause
9 – return to main menu
